\nAs an example of this, we are committed to global priorities that are materialized through our adherence to the BCSD Portugal Charter of Principles with the aim of promoting, among others, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

\nIn 2021, we promoted 1190 training courses that corresponded to 9691 training hours.

\nOur top management is 100% female, more than 50% of the Management Team is female and more than 40% of non-technical positions are also held by women.
