Wondercom, operating in the market since 1999, is a national benchmark when it comes to Field Service. With operational centers all over mainland Portugal and the islands, we have the ability to respond to more than 260,000 intervention requests per year, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In addition to the geographic reach, what also defines us is the operational quality of the services rendered and the effectiveness of the delivery for which we are known, in each of the sectors where we operate.
Yet, we are so much more than that.
Our offer includes solution design, implementation, support and maintenance, field service, monitoring and operating, outsourcing and consulting, and ICT solutions, in each of the sectors where we operate: telecommunications, energy, and IT.

Zuzana Fabianová
Management
With a creative, dynamic, fearless and persevering spirit, Zuzana Fabianová founded Wondercom in 1999 and took over its management, investing in its growth and making the company what it is today – a solid, flexible, responsive company, attentive to the needs of its clients and geared towards its employees and partners.
A leader by nature who ensures that the company is recognized, respected, and admired by employees, clients, partners, and competitors.
Nuno Janeiro
Operational Management
As operational manager, Nuno Janeiro is responsible for managing field service, logistics, subcontractor management and project management.
Working with Wondercom since 2000, his career has progressed through challenges in core network operations for telco operators and later in project management.
His mission is to ensure the excellent functioning of the operation, always focusing on honouring the commitments to Clients.
Andreia Nunes
HR Management
In 2008, Andreia Nunes took on the challenge of becoming the manager for Human Resources.
Her dedication, organizational and developmental skills, attention to detail and technical knowledge are reflected in the excellence of the service her department provides on a daily basis, responding positively to requests from all departments, employees, and other stakeholders.
Samuel Cruz
Information Systems Management
Samuel Cruz joined Wondercom in 2009 as an IS administrator, and in 2016 was challenged to take over as head of the IS department.
His department is a strategic partner for the entire company, contributing to the improvement of processes and operations through IT and BI tools. He recently took over the responsibility for the development of a new business sector for Desktop and LAN Management.
José Rodrigues
A&F Management
José Rodrigues has been with us since 1999. Besides being Wondercom’s Certified Accountant, he runs the administrative and financial department with oversight on accounting processes, financial analysis, and administrative support. He is also responsible for supervising the billing team that is located at our facilities in Porto.
Vera Vicente
Outsourcing and Consulting Management
With a consolidated experience in R&S consulting, Vera Vicente has been in charge of outsourcing and consulting since 2014.
Her commitment centres on establishing and upholding bonds of trust with Clients, meticulous HR management, and the proximity and follow-up of employees, thus ensuring the success of the Client’s project. Wondercom relies on the efficiency of this recruitment team available for internal and external clients.
Helder Araújo
Purchases and Equipment Management
Helder Araújo started his career at Wondercom in 2005 as a telecommunications technician, taking on the role of purchasing and equipment manager in 2008.

He is driven by two goals: ensure the best cost-quality ratio in purchases and ensure the maintenance and calibration of the equipment.
Mónica Pedro
Communication, Image and Infrastructure Management
Monica handles the organization’s image with particular emphasis on the marketing development of products and solutions from the “ICT made easy” family. She is responsible for managing communication with the outside world and supports Management in internal communication. It is her department that develops the corporate actions and institutional presences in conferences and events. This department is also responsible for developing projects related to the geographical expansion of our facilities, and the improvement and maintenance of all our infrastructure.
Teresa Marques
Field Marketing Management
Teresa Marques was invited in 2015 to manage Wondercom’s door-to-door business unit.
She leads a sales team responsible for selling landline and mobile telecommunications services in the consumer and business sector.
Committed to achieving the goals we have set out, she strongly invests in the follow-up and training of an excellent team.
Anabela Chaves
Sustainability Management
With a consolidated professional career in different business sectors, Anabela Chaves, joined Wondercom’s team in 2018 taking on the role of QES Manager. She was tasked with giving continuity to the Quality, Environment and Safety management systems for which the organization is certified.
Her primary mission is to continuously improve the entire integrated management system, as this plays a central role in the day-to-day life of the company, as well as a differentiating and strategic factor in the market where it operates.
Pedro Barbosa
Research and Innovation Management
Positive, humble and with a great sense of commitment, Pedro has consolidated experience in the Software Development and Consulting market, and is always focused on technological innovation.
As of 2019, he took over as the Research and Innovation Manager, but he has been wearing the Wondercom jersey since 2016.
Pedro’s primary mission is the research and development of innovative and disruptive products aligned with the Group’s strategy and the market needs.
